FL-222D servo system overflow filling machine is best suitable for liquids from low to medium viscosity, it is also ideally to fill very foamy product at high speed. This machine is designed with double lane conveyor to boost the production speed with "no waiting time" system. Servo system for machine height and width adjustment, changeover can be simply done on the HMI.

Advantage of its double lane filling stations enables machines to achieve cost effective production and high performances. User-friendly design allows operators to have an easy time to operate and low maintenance. Flexible design allows customers to choose from 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 of nozzles to be applied on the machine.

Applications: Suitable for shampoos, foamy chemicals, cleansers, sauces, syrups, light gels and others.
