SAND CASTING Non-Ferrous Metal based JMC provides an integrated processing system with best material application in which total process related to mold production is completed in-house (JMC's one-stop process solution), leading to significantly shorten delivery times. We address quality assurance from multilateral views, providing not only shape guarantee using three-dimensional measurement but also any kind of inspection approach using X-ray CT and material analysis. CT SCANNING JMC has started the CT-scanning business since May 2015 as a service bureau. We realize the strict quality assurance system required in the automotive or aerospace industry by introducing up-to-date CT-scanners. We offer not only NDE (Non-Destructive Evaluation) service, but also more added-value one with utilization of 3D data and inspection report as we respond to a currently more and more demanded reverse-engineering. 3D PRINTING JMC covers prototyping services in many industries with variety of 3D printers such as stereolithography, SLS, and inkjet printer. We've started our 3D printing businesses since 2000 and experienced in providing prototypes of top players to art works.We've utilized plenty of knowledge on 3D printers and STL data accumulated through our long experience. |
