| Business Description | We are mainly developing tin sulfide materials. In general, tin sulfide has a layered crystal structure similar to graphite, and as a two-dimensional material, it is expected to be used in a variety of electronic devices. The theoretical capacity of tin sulfide is about 1.5 times that of tin oxide. The theoretical capacity of tin sulfide is 4.7 times that of graphite by volume and 2.1 times that of graphite by mass. In terms of actual discharge capacity per volume, our tin sulfide is a high-capacity anode material comparable to silicon-based anode materials. This dispersion can be dispersed in water or alcohol based on our proprietary miniaturization process. The powder is made by adding acetylene black to the dispersion and mixing it uniformly. Our tin sulfide nanosheet is a sheet deposited by our proprietary vapor-phase process. The main features of these sheets are low resistivity and controllable orientation. This sheet is expected to be used for various sensors such as semiconductors and gas sensors, solid lubricants, photocatalysts, solar cells, and piezoelectric devices. |
