The new alloy, MTA9100, is a molten alloy of pure iron and pure copper that has been considered impossible to put into practical use. This was achieved by our unique dissolution technology, which is completely different from the conventional method.
Copper steel is the next generation alloy after carbon steel and stainless steel, commonly known as copper steel. It is an alloy with excellent hardness, thermal conductivity, and electrical conductivity, and is also characterized by high-level electromagnetic shielding effects.
The composition ratio of iron and copper can be freely adjusted with our technology, and we have started to sell samples of the MTA9100, which is 90% pure iron and 10% pure copper.
